These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Web Gadgets websites and tools, including ConvertFlow and related utilities (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

We provide free and, where offered, paid tools for file conversion and other utilities. Features, limits (such as file size or rate limits), and availability may change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. Some features may require an account, PIN, or payment. You are responsible for keeping any credentials confidential and for activity under your access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or to process content you do not have rights to
• Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload our systems
• Abuse rate limits, bypass security, or reverse engineer the Services except where allowed by law
• Resell or automate access in a way that harms service quality for others without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or using paid features

4. Your content

You retain ownership of files and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Services (for example, to convert a file and return the result). You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, branding, and documentation, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as allowed by these Terms or applicable open-source licenses.

6. Payments and donations

Optional donations or paid plans may be processed by third parties (such as PayPal). Fees, if any, are described at the point of purchase. Refunds are handled according to the payment provider’s rules and any policy we state at checkout, unless required otherwise by law.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect conversion quality, or that outputs will meet your requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate third-party sites or processors. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and limitations) will survive termination.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be revised when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Web Gadgets primarily resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
